Ingredients for Chicken 65 Recipe

Chicken 1/2 kg Bone/Boneless, Oil for frying, Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, Raw rice flour 2 tbsp, Corn flour 1 tbsp, Chilly powder 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 1 tsp, Chicken 65 masala 1 tbsp, Pepper powder 1 tsp, Curd 2 tbsp, Lime juice 1 tsp, Salt as per taste, Chat masala 1 tsp (optional), Food color red (optional).
Preparation
- Clean the chicken and keep them aside.
- In a bowl add raw rice flour 2tbsp cornflour, 1tbsp chilli powder, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp pepper powder, and 1tsp turmeric powder.
- Then add chicken 65 masala (any brand), 1tbsp salt and food colour to the bowl.
- To the same bowl add 1tsp curd and lime juice 1tsp.
- Add little water and make them as a paste.
- Don’t make the paste watery. Let it be a little thick in consistency.
- Now add the washed chicken pieces to the paste.
- Mix the paste well so that the Masala paste is evenly coated.
- After mixing masala well let the chicken be marinated for an hour.
- Put the marinated chicken in the refrigerator. Do not freeze it.
- After an hour take the chicken out from the refrigerator and let the chillness go for a while.
- Now add oil to the pan for deep frying. Add oil till the chicken can be soaked well.
- When the oil is hot add the marinated chicken pieces one by one.
- When the chicken turns nice golden brown colour take it out from oil.
- Likewise, continue for the remaining chicken pieces.
- Finally, sprinkle some chat masala to the fried chicken.
- Now! It’s time to enjoy the Chicken 65.

Note:
- Don’t fry the chicken for too long. It might get hardened.
- Chat masala is optional. If you don’t have you can skip it.
- Chicken 65 masala is also optional. You can replace it by adding extra chilly powder for spiciness.
